Smoked Salmon & Cottage Cheese Bagel

Transport yourself to the streets of New York City with this classic bagel combination. I love this served up as a weekend brunch option!

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 1 bagel, sliced in half
  • 4 tbsp cottage cheese, approximately 100g
  • ¼ cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 50g smoked salmon
  • 1 cup rocket
  • 1 bunch sprouts, enough to garnish
  • ¼ bunch chives, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp capers, rinsed

Method

  1. Lightly toast the sliced bagel.
  2. Spread the cottage cheese across the two bagel halves. Top with sliced cucumber, smoked salmon, rocket, sprouts, chives and capers.
